1622 3rd Ave. N. This historic building complex holds 34 one-bedroom and efficiency apartments. Most of these apartments serve as homes for the elderly or people who need housing assistance due to a disability.

Main Site / Chowen Springs / Parkdale
1500 Chowen Springs loop. Playgrounds, basketball courts and lush landscaping are all a part of our main site, which is our original housing complex built in 1940. The site also features a Community Hall, available for tenant activities, creating an opportunity for community involvement and belonging. The one- to four-bedroom apartments are centrally located in Great Falls.

Sunrise Court
51st St. and 3rd Ave. S. Built in 1973, the attractive Sunrise Court is ideal for young families. It’s conveniently located near an elementary and middle school as well as the Montana School for Deaf and Blind. There’s also an on-site community room for the residents of the 50 one- to four-bedroom apartments.

Holland Court
Our newest site is set in a pleasant community near elementary and high schools, and features eight three-bedroom apartments that are handicapped accessible, as well as eight two-bedroom units. Decks and patios with semi-private fencing reinforce community ties and an open-neighborhood feel. This is an affordable housing project with pre-established set rental rates.
