GFHA provides affordable housing that enhances the lives of many Great Falls residents. The program offered for Resident Services is designed to maximize the quality of life for the residents living at GFHA properties by addressing their most pressing needs. Local partnerships with agencies along with the grant and non-profit fundraising activities of this division helps to provide outreach, support and expansion of needed services for low income families, the elderly and the disabled.
Boys and Girls Club
GFHA offers a satellite unit of the Boys & Girls Club located at 1722 Chowen Springs Loop.
Austin Hall Services

Various social functions (Christmas, Valentine’s, Spring Party and coffees). |

Volunteers from the community put on Wednesday evening get-togethers; including meals, movies, bingo and games. |

Computer Lab, free access to computers for residents. |
Mental Health Counseling
A mental health worker is onsite at the administrative office once a week ready to assist anyone who may be struggling mentally or is new to the area and in need of getting in touch with mental health facilities. The outreach worker will see people in the office or will go to the resident's home.
Consumer Credit Counseling
A new opportunity to help GFHA residents meet their financial obligations to the housing authority and increase their financial stability. Contact us for more information.
