Austin Hall
1622 3rd Ave. N. This historic building complex holds 34 one-bedroom and efficiency apartments. Most of these apartments serve as homes for the elderly or people who need housing assistance due to a disability.

Main Site / Chowen Springs / Parkdale
1500 Chowen Springs Loop. Playgrounds, basketball courts and lush landscaping are all a part of our main site, which is our original housing complex built in 1940. The site also features a Community Hall, available for tenant activities, creating an opportunity for community involvement and belonging. The one- to four-bedroom apartments are centrally located in Great Falls.

Sunrise Court
51st St. and 3rd Ave. S. Built in 1973, the attractive Sunrise Court is ideal for young families. It’s conveniently located near an elementary and middle school as well as the Montana School for Deaf and Blind. There’s also an on-site community room which is currently occupied by a daycare center. 

Holland Court
6th Street NW & 10th Avenue NW.  This site is set in a pleasant community near elementary and high schools, and features eight three-bedroom apartments that are handicapped accessible, as well as eight two-bedroom units. Russell
11th Ave. and 33rd St. S. Built in 1980, and completely remodeled in 2010, this attractive 20-unit apartment complex features three- and four-bedroom apartments. Residents enjoy off-street parking and other site amenities.

Yeoman-Tynes
27th St. and 16th Ave, S. Being near higher education opportunities, this is an ideal location for students and young families. Medical facilities are also nearby. Residents enjoy well-groomed landscaping and off-street parking. We offer two- to four-bedroom apartments at this site.
