To apply for a housing program, please read the Fraud Policy then complete the application forms.
(Includes the Application, Authorization for Information Release/Privacy Act Notice, and Background Check Form.)
The application forms are pdf files that can be filled out online (except for signatures), saved and emailed as an attachment to the Housing Authority. The forms can also be printed, signed and mailed or faxed to the Housing Authority. When you open the PDFs, please be sure to check the "highlight fields" box, enabling you to fill in the blanks.
All of the forms require signatures. Digital Signatures are not enabled on the online forms, so it will be necessary for all adults of the household to sign the forms before acceptance into the program is granted.
*NOTE: Users of older versions of Internet Explorer may have difficulty opening these files in the browser window. The applications are usable by alternate/right clicking the file name and choosing "Save Target As". This will allow you to save a copy of the application to your hard drive and open it from there.
