We are back fully staffed again!! Our lobby area will be open for payments and paperwork drop off only.  Please make use of the dropbox as much as possible!!   If you need to reach a Staff member, please call or email them and if you need to see your Leasing Manager - an appointment will be set up and they will meet with you in the Lobby area. Reminder to use Social Distancing while in the office area!!  Your monthly rent is due on the 1st and due by the 5th of each month.

The GFHA will begin accepting applications for 1, 2, 3 & 4 bdrm units in Public Housing.  The rent is based on 30% of your income.  This will include the Housing Authority's Main Site, Sunrise Court, Russell, Yeoman Tynes, and Austin Hall. Rent statements are no longer mailed out. Please call the Housing Office on or after the 26th of each month to get your rent and utility balance. Thank you!



We are now offering you the ability to pay your rental account by signing up to have it automatically deducted from your bank account each month.  No more going to the bank for checks or money orders each month!  For more information or to sign up, contact your Leasing Manager.
